Diagnosis was accurate. Part was ordered. Available following week. Service writer very friendly and efficient. Repair done on Park Assist worked perfectly. Waited for vehicle, done in a timely manner.

When making my oil change appointment, the gal tried to sell me an oil flush. Since I had never heard of it, plus it is not on my service schedule, I looked it up. It is a procedure that GM says never to get as they will void the warranty for whatever it touches. What a disappointment to have this dealer try to sell it to me.

Cole's, went above normal to find the exact Envision Avenir I wanted. Salesman Neil & Sales Mgr. Doug. Made sure I was satisfied & Neil went thru all the options on my car so I would know each function & how to operate it. Couldn't ask for more.

Dropped my truck off and never heard back from anybody. I called and was told my service writer would call me back the next day. Service writer called me back in the morning to tell me she didn’t know what was going on and a tech would call me back. A week went by before I called and my truck hadn’t even been looked at. Truck with in the shop 3 weeks before I got it back. Picked it up and wasn’t even told what was wrong with it. I had to decipher the ticket to figure it out on my own. Overall communication was terrible.

My vehicle was in for an ongoing shift to park issue. Thus is the second time in less than 2 years. My 2018 Acadia has less than 24,000 miles. Estimated repair time was 4-6 hours. Needed parts were not available so the car had to remain overnight. There is no shuttle, loaners or rental options available at this dealer. Had to obtain a rental independently only to be notified the following morning at 9 am that the car was ready which negated the need for the rental. This shift to park issue seemed to be well known by service and according to the internet the subject of class action and independent law suits. I do not understand why they didn't have parts available based on what appears to be a common issue. Inconvenient and pricey outcome from my perspective.

i had a good experience. I bought a new truck on tuesday and changed my mind the next day and took it back and bought a different truck. They handeled it well not making me feel like i was being a burden. The only thing I had a problem with was when I made it clear I wanted to know the interest rate before I would commit to the purchase, everything was pushed through without being given the information on the rate. By the time the rate was made known to me I had already been given several papers to sign making me feel like I could end the purchase at that point. Not a big deal really since the rate was acceptable but if it had turned out to high I feel like i didn't have any choice but to complete the purchase regardless of the rate.
