That’s the first time I’ve ever dealt with a person at your dealership that seemed to act as if I was wasting their time and they couldn’t be bothered with helping me. On the other hand the young man who checked me out had the exact opposite attitude and was very nice and helpful. We were in a bind with a broken down truck and an important deadline that would make or break our small business. Neil McMahon was super quick to respond to our inquiry and understood the urgency of our transaction on a Saturday afternoon. We had to drive a couple of hours to get to the dealership, and the paperwork was ready to go as soon as we arrived. Jacob Dillard got us the best rate on our financing and also made things happen for us in this tense situation. Despite the dealership closing at 5, both gentleman stayed a little late on Saturday for us. We appreciate very much the above and beyond service we received at Cole!
